Whole Food Plant Based breakfast and snack

Breakfast:
My big bowl that I eat most days. Groats + Steel Cut Oats cooked with a little Vanilla. Sprinkle in a small handful of walnuts. 1/2 Tsp of Turmeric, Cardamon, Cinnamon. Blueberries, Strawberries, 1 1/2 Banana. Add Oat Milk - the kind with no oil.

Snack:
I eat this a lot too. Chick pea spread (onions, celery, spicy pumpkin seeds, garlic, tahini, paprika, onion powder, lemon juice, mustard Bubbies pickles, dried dill) Black cumin. Tomatoes. Oil free sourdough bread.
