I was lucky enough to see The Beach Boys a couple times - with Dennis and after Dennis' death. I saw their 50th at Red Rocks, just after That’s Why God Made the Radio (great record) came out.
Paul McCartney has said that God Only Knows is the best song he's ever heard.
When I was a kid I used to imagine being on the SoCal beaches. Then I ran away and went there. Brian’s songs gave me dreams.
