Here’s me contemplating the violence and terrorism to commit for the day while doing my yoga, a spiritual practice dedicated to peace and understanding.

Here’s the food my wife and I eat, before we commit violent crimes and terrorism. We only eat whole food plant based, because we don’t believe in killing…anything.

Then after I eat, I hop in our HIPEVAN to commit violent crimes and terrorism. The license plate, peace sign, solar panels, and Grateful Dead stickers are a dead giveaway that I'm about violence and terrorism. Note to self: Replace with MAGA stickers.

While in the van I might listen to John Prine - "Your Flag Decal Won’t Get You Into Heaven Anymore” —

When I get home I’ll read some stuff from Veterans For Peace, which I’m a member of. Psst. Their name is just a disguise.

Then after that maybe put up another tapestry with a peace sign, which I have a few of. Don't be fooled. If you turn the peace sign upside down it's a signal for the neighborhood to commit violent crimes and terrorism.

Then maybe listen to some George Harrison, on my George Harrison turntable. George was all about peace and non-violence. But I bet if I play the record backwards, at 45rpm, there’s lyrics for violent crimes and terrorism.

Or maybe put on another record from my collection of almost 1000 vinyl, from dangerous bands and artists like the Grateful Dead, The Beatles, Bob Dylan, Neil Young, or John Lennon. Again, I’ll play the records backwards at 45rpm, to hear the coded language for violence and terrorism.

At bedtime I'll read a little Eckhart Tolle, who wrote about staying present, not letting the ego take over, and how to live a joyful life. Maybe get some ideas for tomorrow's violent crimes and terrorism.

Or maybe read some from Jane Goodall, a woman who was all about peace and protecting animals. I loved her so much I painted her on one of my ski helmets. Surely Jane will have some ideas for violent crimes and terrorism.

If I can’t get anything from Jane, maybe Food Not Bombs? Food Not Bombs is all about peace and serving vegan food to the unhoused in parks. I love them so much I painted another ski helmet with them on it. And I had a print of theirs framed up, to hang in our home. Hmm. I’ll try spelling it backwards, to get tomorrow’s ideas for violent crimes and terrorism.
