The apartment is 680 square feet with a spacious entry way/mudroom perfect for skis or gear. Stacked washer/dryer. Granite counter tops. Private patio with great views. 50" 4k TV, Sonos surround sound system, Apple TV and DirecTV. Fast Wifi. Nest thermostat, Nest CO2 and smoke detectors. Parking space for 1 car.
The apartment is for 1 person who's cool, mature, responsible, and professionally employed here in the Eagle Valley. No smoking (vaping or tobacco) allowed anywhere on our property. Marijuana is fine, but not in the apartment. Outdoor cooking is on a gas grill only. No pets.
Our house was designed with the apartment. The apartment is completely separate from the main house, it has its own entrance. The apartment was built with sound proofing, but it's not sound proof. You'll hear sounds from the house including doggie barking and Grateful Dead music. However, we can't hear much of anything from the apartment unless the stereo is turned up loud.
The rent is $1600/month. $1600 deposit. Paid each month on the 1st via Cash App or Venmo. 1 year lease. We've priced the apartment below market value. Because the right person is more important than the right rent. Rent includes all utilities and Internet. Discounted rent offered to public school teachers.
We're Deadheads. Liberals. We've had great tenants over the years. But we've also had tenants that weren't so great. You're living on our property. You gotta be cool, have good vibes, and tight references.
